A Sunday open house. The listing is too cheap. Every visitor needs this house today. The realtor keeps smiling. The previous owner's things are still in the drawers. The showing ends at 4:00. Something in the house is also touring, and it wants a new name on the deed.

The Showing is a complete, no-prep Halloween one-shot. Suburban dread and real-estate satire that actually gets scary. You do not need D&D, Call of Cthulhu, or any licensed book. The system is Offer & Occupancy: when you get what you want, you owe the house a Term.
